I guess you never know. I actually go his email address from the law firm page and wrote him an email first and asked if he would sign before mailing anything. Maybe it's all in the approach?

On October 1, 2014, I sent an 8x10, LOR, and SASE to former child actor, Josh Saviano, at his law firm in New York City. Josh played "Paul" on [i]The Wonder Years.[i] On October 13, I received my photo back signed and with a nice inscription.
