That's awesome. We emailed her about the same time and got an email back on the 18th of Aug. saying thanks for the kind words and she would send us an autograph so hoping mine comes soon if at all now that she's Ill. Keepin her in our prayers she's one of the funniest people out there n hope she gets well.

Ms. Rivers is a beautiful person and so kind to her fans. She is in my thoughts and prayers. I stated in another thread how I contacted her about 6 years ago by mail and not only did she reply with a lovely autograph but she sent me my stamps back and paid for postage. In all my years of collecting she is the only person to ever do that, it was a very sweet gesture.

Sent an e-mail request (customerservice at joanrivers.com) on Aug. 09, and got the autographed picture today. I hope she recovers, and sign many, many more:
