I got a reply - a real reply, including 2 autographs - from a UK address for him. It took 4 days, and he wrote a lovely note to me, too. This was earlier this year, so he does still sign.

Hey at least you got an RTS! I sent to him twice VV last year and never heard anything..... I do believe I read somewhere that he doesn't sign at all though. Too bad. :/

I mailed to Elton John via his [us] address trying to get something and it came back today as RTS {down} {down} {down} . Gotta try the [uk] one.
