no envelope scan. it had 21 cents postage due because of the weight (which is weird because the letter to him, with the bigger envelope and letter included only needed 1 stamp) and the post master asked me why I had a letter that was sent to me and the return address was to me too so I opened it up there and showed her. I just had her throw it away. Sorry. I got the letter back on 7/15
