I can't really see the top left one, but the top right looks off to me, as it does to you. What I can't understand is why ... Suranne is notorious for taking an eternity to respond, but usually does given that time. I've had everything from her from the full signature IP, to a quick IP, to both from TTM as well.
Looking at that signature, it's the S that I don't like with the angle on it. I've also never seen the J going through the first part of her signature, or indeed the tight follow up characters within the signature.
Her signature can vary... the only one I can find on my sites just now is this one IP

It's strange, but I agree with you... something not quite right there.

Thank you for your reply! Very useful (although slightly disappointing to think it's not genuine).
I've been looking through other people's successes from her and there are a few similar looking to mine (mostly the bottom one). But all personalized/long taking/IPs I've seen so far seem quite different to the ones I received, as yours does. Not feeling very optimistic about the top 2 if I'm honest but still slightly hopeful about the bottom as, as you say, her signature can vary and if it were to have been signed at the same time it would be same colour pen and same style. Still not hugely confident about it though.
Do you think it's worth waiting a few months and trying again?
Thanks
Rachel
The IP one I linked to was signed quickly, as by that stage she'd signed several for us and been kind enough to add that awesome quote to the card for me, so while the writing is neater, the signature was quickfire and large. If I were you I'd wait a wee bit and then write again, explain you think she was away from the office when you got a reply and, while you thank her office, you'd love a dedicated one and don't mind waiting a while for it to come back so you can add it to your collection
