It might have something to do with photographs being unlicensed prints; ie: something you printed on a computer, rather than something storebought, such as a card. It sounds lame, and in fact, is lame, but it would explain your post. I'm glad I read it, because I am not a WWE fan, but am a horror fan, so I was going to make up a "Leprechaun 7: Origins" print for him to sign. I won't waste my time or stamps now that I've seen your post.

yea it's weird. He's the only person I've seen do that though.

Hornswoggle has not problem signing cards. I sent 2 cards and an 8x10 and he signed my 2 cards and kept my photo then about a year later which was around October 2013 I sent another photo and I haven't gotten anything back yet, but I've seen several successes on fans sending cards.
