Great PP success, especially for an email!

I personally don't consider a PP a success but some people do, so I will take this into thought, please do not start arguments over a PP being a success on here, just take my thought into mind.

About a week ago, I sent an email via Michael's website to David Higham Associates.
Today I received a PP with a little info sheet.
