On 9/9/13, I wrote Sir Michael Caine with a TTM request, sending SSAE, $2 USD for return postage, and a single 3x5 card for signing. Got his reply today, 10/28/13, and my card was signed "Michael Caine." This 1 of 2 TTM replies today, and the first of 4 autographs received. His address is in the database, and is below.
