For this particular photo, I used Google to search for photos of Ruth Terry, used the best quality image I could find, and had it printed at a store (I didn't find photos of her for sale). For some classic actors and actresses, this website can be used to find nice images: http://www.doctormacro.com/Galleries.htm

I've bought some nice 8"x10" photos at this site: http://www.moviemarket.com/
The 8"x10" photos are $6.99, but sometimes there are sales on that size for $3.99 (a sale just ended yesterday).
