Sent in to him on 6/15 using the DB address. Today (7/5) got a yellow envelope that had a letter and two PP. letter says due to high numbers he cant sign them. Bummer, he was one of my most wanted

Those have all of my successes.... if you count this one as a success. I guess I can since the agency was nice enough to give me something for my troubles :neutral:
