Hi, sorry to bother, I tried to write to OUAT address too, but I received nothing.
I would like to understend if I need to send a photograph in the envelope, or has the agency the photograph for you?

I too sent to the OUAT venue for him back in September-Octoberish and never heard back but when I saw successes from his Agency address I sent there and got this in a month, so it was def worth it :D You should send to his agency!

It was a really fast sucess to be honest! I sent to his agency in Early May--I don't remember the exact date--and recieved both my pictures back signed and personalized today June 14, 2013.
