If you don't send correct donation, you'll get your stuff back unsigned. Here is what he is currently requesting:

Baseball cards & pictures up to 8x10 with signature plus HOF '97 - $20.00
Baseballs and Hats - $25.00
Bats, Jerseys, and Gloves - $75.00

I would send a donation; $10 is the standard price for cards and $20 for balls. You MIGHT get it back without a donation but I wouldn't count on it. I've seen a few successes without a donation but far more failures.
