My wife received a paid-for success from Heather Langenkamp via her website. http://shop.iamnancy.net She ordered the personalized photo on April 9th and received April 22nd. Unfortunately, it was sent without a "do not bend" warning on the envelope and only had a thin piece of cardboard backing the photo as shown. The mail carrier folded the photo at our mailbox. Fortunately, it wasn't damaged too badly. Otherwise, she was pleased with the photo and inscription. She is now sending it to Robert Englund to be signed as well.
