Yes, Charlie Duke ($40), and Edgar Mitchell ($60) are the cheapest moonwalker's to sign. I had an Al Bean failure last week, I sent a $40 donation. He sent it back, and requested $200 to sign. Charlie Duke signs via his website too, official NASA photos autographed for $115. But, he'll sign anything TTM for $40 an item.
