On 10/25/12, I wrote Apple Brook, who portrayed CoMC professor Grubbly-Plank in "Harry Potter and The Order of the Phoenix." My autograph request included SAE, a 3x5 card for signing, and $2 USD for return postage. Got her reply today, 3/2/13, with the 3x5 signed "Best Wishes, Apple Brook (Sorry it took so long!)." Her fanmail address is in the fanmail.biz database, listed below.
