They're pre-signed. I sent an Incredibles trading card to this address back in December, with a letter-size SASE. What I got back was this same photo, with the sig in a different place and slightly different, along with my card (also signed) and my original SASE returned unused.

It's not a pre print, but I believe it's pre signed.

I don't know where Mr Lee lives :)
