He has always charged for TTMs.

His dementia is so bad... You're better off getting him IP... Or just buying something already signed.

I sent Mr.Sayers about two weeks ago,and got my return package today. Opened it up to find unsigned items. It did however have a printed piece of paper in it saying his signature prices. $25/photo $100/Jersey..ect {down}
