I sent Mr. Martin a LOR, SASE and 3 4x6 photos on 7/26 and got all three back signed today, 8/6/12. I just started Book 4 "A Feast for Crows" last week. Loved Book 3 very much and the HBO series!

I mailed it to him at (and the Return address label he stuck on my SASE):
