If I sent him a mask do you think he'd sign it or is he requesting us buy the mask from him? Just curious?

I sent to Dick Beyer on 7/19/2012 and received this back on 7/30/2012.

I sent him a Rackrs card to sign, but he ended up filling out the back but not signing the front. He also included a postcard and wrote "Send away for mask, etc."

I used the address in the database.
