Ryan Tubridy is an Irish TV and radio presenter employed by Ireland's RTÉ network. He started out his career working as an assistant to the late radio presenter Gerry Ryan before accepting any broadcasting jobs that came his way. He later achieved greater success and a high level of popularity when he hosted his own weekly talk show, an NBC-style show called "Tubridy Tonight". Although it was a hit for RTÉ, it ended, as Ryan Tubridy went on to become the host of the world's longest running chat show "The Late Late Show", the flagship show of RTÉ. He also hosts a daily radio show on 2FM.
