I can't really say as to why she wouldn't send to you. I mean, I'm from the USA and the letter came from the UK, so I don't see why the Netherlands would be an issue. Here's hoping you have one on the way! :)

I've also emailed and I'm overseas - do you live in the UK? Hopefully I'll still get a response! :D

I sent an E-mail to Judi Dench on 5/29/12 and Received a success on 6/19/12. I don't remember the E-mail, I believe it was her agency.
