To be honest I never send return stamps when it's overseas...I don't know about the photo part. Mine did show up a little after everyone had theirs in the masses.

I sent to him at Markham and Froggatt Ltd. in London but I haven't heard anything back yet. It was a letter of request, self-addressed envelope, and index card on May 7, 2011. Do you think it mattered that I didn't send an IRC and picture?

I mailed this in Feb 2012 and received it back late March 2012. I used the address in the database.
