Presidential SUCCESS - Jimmy Carter

On 3/22/12, I wrote former US President Jimmy Carter with an autograph request, enclosing SSAE and a 3x5 card for signing. Received his reply today, 4/7/12, with my 3x5 card returned, unsigned. In the envelope was a note-size sheet, embossed with the Presidential Seal, and signed "J. Carter." Address used was in the fanmail.biz website and is below.
