They normally send out the items you mentioned PLUS a signed picture. I'm afraid they forgot it!

well, i cant find the date i wrote (used the database address) but guess it could be up to a year ago???

Today i received a large envelope from Germany - inside was a 'heidi klum' folder, which inside was a pencil (with her name on) and some headed notepaper!! NOTHING else - no signed items at all, very strange - cant figure out why i got it - maybe she is deluged for autgraph requets - i think its a lovely piece of memorabilia all the same and will keep it!!!
