That's a shame about the smudge plus she signed with a black marker on a dark backround :neutral: Honestly, If I were you, I would consider resending to her. It'll probably be a long wait, but in the end you will (hopefully) get a better, non smudged signature!

Sent a LOR, a picture and an IRC to her on August 29th
Received my picture in my envelope today on December 12th, signed and personalised! It was a bit smudged, though, so I'm quite sad about that. :(
Nevertheless, I'm satisfied! It's my longest wait yet! (105 days) ^^
