I printed the photo I included from walmart and I put the photo in the envelope with the LOR and sae when I got out of walmart I sealed the envelope forgetting that I needed to put stamps on the sae, well I got to the post office and realized that I forgot to put stamps on the sae and it was to late. So I just sen it like that
