ebay is a good place to look.

where do you get them

If you are going to send index cards you should really buy the kind that are blank on both sides with no lines because it looks much better. When I sent my request I went on ebay first and bought some Star Wars CCG cards for pretty cheap and them signed. It looks nice and It makes them easy to store safely/display.
