Ouch that's got to hurt. Sounds like they covered their butt with that email. If their client refuses to signed what you sent they said you will not receive it back because they won't be held responsible for it.

Ok, one of the boys tweeted me back saying that the Agents United address should work. The package has been delivered this morning to the Agency in London. What should I expect now from all this? Are they going to forward the package to them for sure? Im SO GUTTED right now!!!This is what the Agency replied to me few days ago when I asked about a possible delivery:
Contacting clients, invitations, charity and autograph requests should be sent to the artist care of our postal address. Please include a stamped, self-addressed envelope where appropriate.
Email requests cannot be responded to or forwarded.
United Agents (Client Contact)
12-26 Lexington Street
London, W1F 0LE
It is our policy to deal with all correspondence carefully, however, due to large volumes of fan-mail, we cannot guarantee our Artists will respond, or any time-frame of response. We regret that we are unable to track or follow up any individual fan-mail requests under any circumstances. United Agents Limited cannot accept responsibility for any items or gifts sent to our Artists via this office.

Sorry that you got screwed over. I would never send anything to a celebrity P.O Box as they are so easy to shut down and change to a different number when they get spammed with loads of fan mail. Not worth it sending to an address that doesn't actually exist which is why nobody would be around to sign your registered parcel and the UK Post refused to send it. There is no guarantee that anyone will ever see your parcel so they can't take any risks.

Update:

After having given the new delivery address to the post office, as they asked me to do, they said it cannot be delivered there bc the address is in London...and instead needs to be in Birmingham, BOX related??? WHAT THAT means? Getting incredibly frustrated.....

[ca] Types of mail that can be sent to PO Boxes®

Most types of mail can be sent to your Royal Mail PO Box® but we do not accept mail from other carriers or couriers unless full Royal Mail postage has been paid. Also, any mail that is ‘Do Not Redirect’ will be returned to the sender. (Unless of course it is addressed to your PO Box®)

If I were you I would contact them back with the address to United Agents. If you want more info on PO Boxs visit http://www.royalmail.com/delivery/inbound-mail/po-box
thank you so much for your time....So, are you suggesting to send the package to the Agents United this time? Is it correct? Do you think they are going to give it to them if I send it there?

Ok, the post office(parcelforce.com) emailed me back:

Thank you for your email.
I am sorry to hear that you are still awaiting delivery of your item and can understand your concern at the delay.
I have checked our records and we are unable to deliver your parcel due to problems with the address this is due to the PO Box address, we do not deliver to PO Box addresses we do need the full address and post code.

So what I have to do now: :( How the PO BOXES work? Fedex cant deliver, UPS cant deliver, the National Pos Service cant...
So sad....
If they send the package back...and If I send it back again to the Agents United this time...I have the guarantee they are going to get it?

HELP :(
