I contacted GG customer service and asked what should I do,

Their reply was:
"No problem, we will send photo, enjoy the book."


That is very kind of them, I'm sorry they lost money on this transaction, but it really wasn't my fault.
I wonder how many requests GG get per week...

To joe316 - I don't know if you are joaking or not, but I really don't think GG have a factory and a foreman to handle
autograph requests.

I will update again when I get my desirable photo...

Sorry, I worded it poorly. I would notify her people of the error. They might pay for your postage, or simply send you the photo and let you keep the book.

The book very likely was not a mistake at all. The people at the factory who handle all the signed items likely had no signed photos left. So the foreman told the laborer to throw the book in the mail to you. Doubt they even really pay for shipping at all as since signing items are part of the job. The smart celebrities actually write postage expenses off on their taxes. :roll:

Personally, I would keep the book. Hey maybe even try reading it too lol? It's still a very nice addition to your collection, even though it wasn't the picture you wanted
