On 2/14/16 I mailed out a LOR, Stamps, envelope, a card and 5$ to Mr. Whitey Herzog via his address in Saint Louis in the Database. On 3/3/16 I received my card back signed in blue!

Whitey Herzog strange failure - September 9th, 2015
Sent LOA and SASE Aug 22nd to address in db
Received back Aug 28th with the photo still in the top loader and my sticky requesting an inscription unmoved. The only thing I can think is that by asking for the special inscription without a personalization that he might think I'm trying to make money. Oh well, guess I'll just have to get him at a show.
