On 1/20/12 I sent a letter, card and SASE to Jeff Hornacek who played for the 76ers, Suns and Jazz during a great NBA career. On 10/30/12, I received the autographed card. I sent it to the Utah Jazz addy in the database since he is an assistant coach for them.

Mark Eaton (Frmr Utah Jazz Center) success - June 11th, 2012
On 5/5/12, I sent a letter, card and SASE to Mark Eaton, former Utah Jazz center. He was the defensive stopper who was a shot-blocking machine. It arrived on 6/8/12. I sent it to his restaurant: c/o Tuscany, 2832 E. 6200 S., Salt Lake City, UT 84121 Sorry, but the photo is blurry.
