British Prime Minister Theresa May - very polite FAIL - May 16th, 2018
Sent LOR, SASE (with international postage purchased from Royal Mail website), and a playing card to the Prime Minister's 10 Downing Street address on 5/3/2018. Received the unused SASE, unsigned playing card, photo and a very nice letter from PM May's "Correspondence Officer" on 5/16/2018 stating that she is unable to sign the card due to the volume of requests.

IN 2014 I'M OFF TO RWANDA TO SET UP A SPORTS ACADEMY WHICH IS TARGETED AT
THE AFFECTED AND ORPHANED CHILDREN OF THE RWANDAN GENOCIDE OF 1994. THERE WERE OVER 1,000,000 MURDERS IN 100 DAYS AND THAT'S THE REASON I'M DOING THIS, TO GIVE PEOPLE HOPE OF A BETTER TOMORROW.
