Recieved today, a signed paper. No actual photgraph of him.
Not sure if its authentic or secretarial or AP. I think its AP.

Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper success!!! - May 18th, 2012
I sent an email to PM Steve Harper with an EOR (email of request, lol) on a date I cant remember, but it was between April 22-27th. Never got a reply back electronically, but I did just get in the mail today (5-18-12) an autographed photo which looks authentic in blue pen, and a letter of thanks from the office.
