Slash - 2nd try Success! - September 15th, 2014
I was disappointed to get just a PP card the first time around and really wanted to get this picture signed, so I took my chances again and on 3/8/14 I sent an 8x10 print along with LOR, SASE to the legendary rock guitarist at:

I had all but given up on it when sometime between 8/18 - 9/12/14 I got the picture back with an awesome inscription ("R' & Fn' R'!") and signature. One of my favorites!

Hey, today Ive recieved a second success from Slash. Last year he signs me only photo and today Ive finally get my CD signed, too

Slash Success! - March 15th, 2014
Hi, I sent a photo, LOR, and SASE to Slash back in October 2013 using the Sherman Oaks address. On 3/13/2014, I got my photo back, signed. I understand people have had failures with him, so I guess hes signing again!
