MLB Ron Gardenhire FAILURE/SUCCESS, could go either way (Detroit Tigers). - June 12th, 2019
Sent LOR, SASE, and 85 Topps card on 2/9/19 to Tigers spring training location: Ron Gardenhire c/o Detroit Tigers Publix Field-Joker Marchant Stadium 2301 Lakeland Hills Blvd. Lakeland, FL 33805 Got response 6/11/19 (122 days). Card was returned unsigned, yet unharmed. Letter was folded around it. Form letter saying he is only signing through the Tigers Foundation, and has the website listed. I don't know if you can tell in the picture, but that looks like a legit signature to me. I don't know, some of you can probably tell better than me. If it's a real signature, then it's still a success in my book. If it's not a real signature, at least I had the correct mailing address, got a response, and got the info for how to get a real signature. Glass half-full folks.
