Sent LOR, SASE and this 5x7 to Roger Waters on October 2, 2009. Recd Feb 20, 2012. Never say never.
I sent it to the address that was in the database in 2009. Assume its still the same - c/o Mark Fenwick Management?

Pic 1 is the photo he sent me back. its a copy of his autograph (easy to tell when you see it pixelated)
Pic 2 is of the photo i sent... he didnt sign it.  at least they sent it back
Pic 3 is the weird note that Fiona Deuppe or something wrote... it says "With best wishes from Mr. Waters"
