I sent a letter and sase to Mr Phil Collins on July 8, 2017 using the address in the database and received a signed photo today, August 15,201. The photo was a bit damaged in transit but I don't really care..

Just got this back today with the record unsigned, but the standard pre-signed photo.

Waiting time was around 2 weeks.
His agent sent me the common pre-signed pic.
