Hi! Due to no power for almost a week from hurricane Irene, I couldnt post this until now, so, sorry for the late post! 
I sent a LOR, SAE, 3 IRC to Phil Collins using the address in the database on July 31st 2011.
I received a signed photo on August 27th 2011 in a different envelope.

Got a letter from his secretary about three months ago saying theyd send me a signed photo when they could (Phils had a lot of surgeries recently) and lo and behold! Here it is! I cannot express how excited I am to get this. Phil is one of my favorite singers, I love his voice. Ever seen the movie Tarzan? He did the soundtrack for it, and rocked it! And you gotta love "In The Air Tonight"! Hes one heck of a drummer too! He started out as a drummer for "Genesis" and then went solo. 100 million albums sold to date I believe, not bad at all  -->
