Received my letter back with a note stating the offices have been closed and Peter Laird is no longer signing. Official website states they sold the rights to Nickelodeon and have completely closed down the office as of September of 2021

Peter Laird Success - February 5th, 2017
I received my photo signed by Peter Laird, who was one of the creators of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. He even drew a little turtle sketch. Great fast success!
