Mike Ditka SUCCESS!!! - January 17th, 2012 So very happy with this success. I sent a Bears license plate to Coach Ditka at his Chicago address because I had seen a few spotty successes from him. I sent the license plate, Sharpie, LOR and SASE and Coach Ditka was kind enough to have inscribed it twice for me!
