Michael Phelps RTS - June 13th, 2013
Hey all;
I wrote a letter to the Michael Phelps address and requested an autograph and included a picture on June 2, 2013. I received my unopened envelope back on June 11, 2013, with a bunch of stickers that said "box closed" and "return to sender."

Sent LOR, SASE and 2 photos to Mr. Phelps got them back yesterday unsigned along with a note saying that because of the volume of request he doesn't sign autographs. |
