Jimmy Carter Success !! - January 6th, 2013
Hey guys,
Back in September, I sent out President Carters book, "Beyond the White House" for him to sign and personalize. I had talked a lady at the Carter Center about how to send my book, and she said I didnt need to include return postage on the book, the Center would cover it (apparently President Carter spends $20000 on postage)... It took a while but it finally came last week, personalized and all!

Jimmy Carter Success - Signature smudgy, help! - August 28th, 2012

Today, I received the two pictures I sent to Jimmy Carter back signed in my SASE from the address in database. Unfortunately, he signed the pictures with a silver marker, which is a bit smudgy. The signature didn't get dry or didn't soak into the photo paper, unfortunately! How can I stop that? Is it adviseable to laminate the pictures? Or is there a possibility of drying the signatures somehow? I really need your advice!
i cannot scan the pictures, sorry, because then everything would be totally ruined! |
