I sent a SAE, a LOR and a photo and i received a RTS 
I used the old (now) address in database and i sent it on 15th november 2011.

Really Bummed out. After waiting 3 years since my last request was not fulfilled, I saw there were some successes at this address and sent out a new request only to get a RTS.
