Ian McKellen Success (With Dedication) - August 27th, 2015 Sent a LOR, SAE, £1 and 2 photos. Received a signed photo (1) in my SAE. Although I sent £1, the shipping turned out to cost him £2.45. That was nice of him that he paid the £1.45 himself.

I'm so happy about that autograph, but sadly he used a bad pen. The for the S he used first a black one.

Sir Ian McKellen success - June 15th, 2015 This is my first response from overseas, and one of my most anticipated. I sent a LOR, 5x7 photo, and a SASE (more on that below) on May 19th and received a rather quick response on June 15th (27 days total).

There was an additional second-class stamp added to my envelope, but I must have calculated the price of a letter from the UK to the USA close to a dozen times. Can anyone else with more experience in the matter tell me whether I'm using enough postage or whether I should up it in the future? | |
