and received a pre-printed signed photo from Studio Fanmail in the US (see link below). Im happy I received a success, but I would have preferred a personalised signed photo seeing as I sent it to his UK agent and he was in the UK at the time, but Im happy that I received something.

Hugh Laurie (Dr. House) Feedback - July 13th, 2011 Sent LOR, two photos and SASE to the London address on 03/20/11 and yesterday I received a different (much better) signed photo with a US address. They must have transmitted it from the UK to the USA. I'm so happy!!!!!!
