Sent a LOR, notecard and SASE to NASA Mission Control Commander Gene Kranz on Sept 7.
Used the address in the database (as seen on his return label).
Today (Sept 28) I received the SASE with the signed notecard. I am an avid collector of space race signatures so this will be a prized addition to my collection! He is a true American hero!
