Lloyd McClendon Success (Detroit Tigers) - September 28th, 2011
I sent a letter, 2 cards, and SASE to Lloyd McClendon the current hitting coach of the Detroit Tigers on 9/17/11 and received both back today 9/28/11 signed with a black felt tipped marker!!

Magglio Ordoñez success (Detroit Tigers) - July 6th, 2011
Kind of disappointed with this one, I sent him a silver sharpie and asked him to sign the black part of the photo. You would think that if you donated money they would sign how you wanted. Magglio hasnt been great this season but hes been one of my favorite players for a while and I needed to add him to my wall. Sent to the tigers foundation at comerica park with a $40 donation. Thats expensive for what hes doing this year but he did hit the home run to get them to the series in 06 and hit .363 in... I think 07 (I was in Iraq) heres the pic:

Lance Parrish/Success Former Detroit Tigers - June 10th, 2011
On 3/28 sent a lor, sase, Q&A and a baseball card to former Detroit Tigers catcher Lance Parrish. Received the baseball card signed along with the Q&A. Received them back on 6/8. The address used was the one in the database. In the Q&A, I asked the questions 1) Who was your favorite pitcher you cought for-Jack Morris 2) Where was your favorite ballpark-Tiger Stadium 3) What was your favorite year-1983&1984. This a great success. |
