I sent 2 photos, a 45' photo sleeve, and an index card and he signed the photos and he signed the plastic sleeve the 45' was in to protect it.. I may send 45' photo sleeve again without the clear plastic protector.

Wrote to Chubby Checker on July 16, 2020. Sent LOR, Two pictures, and SASE. Received my SASE back on July 27,2020 with the pictures, and a note saying that he charges $25.00. Disappointed is an understatement.
