Amy Lee of Evanescence FAIL! - November 12th, 2012 I sent a letter and two photos to Amy Lee of Evanescence in a SASE on 6/11/12 and recieved today on the 12/11/12. My photos were not in the envelope and in the envelope was a laminated pass.
