Received: 2 4x6 photos signed and a letter. He even added cardboard to protect it from bending. 
I am extremely happy with this success! I love listening to his Disney songs, so it means a lot to me.
This was definitely worth the long wait.

Alan Menken success - March 7th, 2014
Sometime last summer I sent a SASE, A LOR, and a photo to music composer Alan Menken, Alan has composed and written songs for a lot of Disney classic films. A few examples are Aladdin, Pocahontas, The Little Mermaid, and The Hunchback Of Notre Dame, and today I got my photo signed and personalized by Alan and he even added a piece of cardboard for protection and n extra .36 cents on my return envelope Than You Alan and it's great getting an autograph from a great composer like him  The return address on the envelope was different then the one I used The return address was

Alan Menken Success! Wow! (Composer, Disney) - September 14th, 2013
Havent seen a success from him on here, so I guess this is the first! I emailed the agency from the database and they told me to send a SASE (obviously) to the address in the database. I sent out a LOR and SASE (no pic) on 8/21 and got it back 9/14. It says it came from NY, so I guess it got forwarded. I got a letter from his assistant saying he personally autographed a photo for me and the address at the top if from NY.
They also paid the extra postage because they added in a cardboard piece so it wouldnt bend. Very nice of them!

I thought I ripped the photo when I opened it because it was right on the edge of the envelope, but it was the letter thank god lol. Heres a pic of the letter and the address up top if you wish to send to it instead, but the one in the database got forwarded to that one, so it doesnt matter.

If you dont know who he is, he composed for IMO the best Disney movies. He won academy awards for his work in The Little Mermaid, Aladdin, Beauty and the Beast, and Pocahantas. He has won 8 Oscars, the most of anyone currently alive.
